Shipping Terms & Conditions
- The sender and the recipient shall be jointly and severally liable for any damages or obligations arising from the shipment of items whose transportation, possession, or trade is prohibited by law.
- The sender is responsible for properly packaging the shipment. The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from inadequate packaging or for damage to fragile, perishable, or fast-spoiling items.
- The Company shall not be liable for damage to perishable goods if they are not collected within ten (10) days from the date of arrival.
- The sender shall provide invoices for commercial goods and shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from the absence of such invoices.
- The sender shall provide the required customs declaration or supporting documents for goods of foreign origin and shall bear full responsibility if such documents are not available.
- In the event of loss or damage resulting from the Company's proven fault, compensation shall be limited to a maximum of 10% of the shipment invoice value.
- If a shipment is not collected within ten (10) days, the Company may return it to the sender, who shall bear all return costs.
- Shipments may not be opened before the delivery process is completed. If delivery is refused, the sender shall bear the cost of returning the shipment.
- A shipment shall only be delivered after verifying the recipient's identity using the delivery verification code, a valid identification document, the registered phone number, or by matching the delivery address with the shipment waybill.
- If the delivery verification requirements cannot be fulfilled, the Company shall not deliver the shipment, and the sender shall bear the cost of returning it to the origin.
- The sender is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided on the shipment waybill and shall bear responsibility for any delay or damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
- Delivery of the shipment to a person whose identity has been successfully verified using the Company's approved verification methods shall constitute valid delivery and fully discharge the Company from its delivery obligations.
