- If a shipment is not collected within ten (10) days, the Company may return it to the sender, and the sender shall bear all return shipping costs.
- Shipments may not be opened before the delivery process is completed. If delivery is refused, the sender shall bear the cost of returning the shipment.

Return Service Terms
- The sender may request a return shipment within 24 hours of the original delivery to benefit from the advertised return shipping discount, subject to the Company's return policy in effect at the time the request is submitted.
- A return shipment shall be created as a new and independent shipment and shall be subject to these Shipping Terms & Conditions.
- The discount applies only to the base return shipping fee and does not include any additional charges or optional services that may apply to the shipment.
- If the original recipient is unavailable to hand over the return shipment, refuses to do so, or the Company is unable to collect the shipment for any reason beyond its control, the Company shall bear no liability, and the collection attempt shall be deemed completed in accordance with the Company's procedures.
- The Return Service does not include the refund or collection of any Cash on Delivery (COD) amounts. The Company's responsibility is limited solely to transporting the shipment. Any financial settlement between the sender and the recipient remains their sole responsibility.
- Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the sender shall bear all charges related to the return shipment.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Return Service or the applicable return discount at any time. Such changes shall apply only to new return requests submitted after the effective date of the change.
- These Shipping Terms & Conditions form an integral part of the shipping contract. By creating a shipment waybill or using ETLBNI's services, the sender acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
