Shipment Types
Etlbni is a delivery platform in Syria that helps registered businesses send, receive, and manage shipments through a network of drivers and delivery hubs.
The shipment option available to you depends on where the package starts, where it needs to go, and whether Etlbni currently provides direct pickup in the originating city.
Below are the main shipment types available through Etlbni.
Ship Now
Ship Now is the standard Etlbni shipment option for registered businesses.
Etlbni collects the package from your registered business location and delivers it to the customer using the available Etlbni delivery route.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible shipments. When COD is selected, Etlbni collects the specified amount from the customer as part of the delivery process.
Shipping From Outside Our Direct Pickup Network
Businesses located in a city where Etlbni does not currently provide direct pickup can still use Etlbni for the last-mile delivery portion of a shipment.
The merchant arranges transportation of the package through a transport company to the Etlbni hub specified when creating the shipment.
Once the shipment arrives at the designated Etlbni hub, Etlbni takes responsibility for the stages handled through its own network and delivers the package to the final customer.
The merchant is responsible for arranging and paying the external transport company that carries the shipment to the Etlbni hub. Etlbni charges for the delivery service handled within the Etlbni network.
Special Shipment
A Special Shipment allows a registered Etlbni merchant to request collection of a package from another person, supplier, business, or pickup address.
Instead of collecting the shipment from the merchant's registered location, Etlbni picks it up from the sender details entered by the merchant and delivers it to the merchant's registered business location.
The merchant provides the sender's contact and pickup information when creating the shipment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Special Shipments.
Return Shipments
Some delivered shipments may be eligible to be returned through Etlbni.
Return availability depends on the original shipment type, the configured return period, and the applicable Etlbni return conditions.
When a delivered shipment is eligible for return, the return option is shown in the merchant's Etlbni account during the available return period.
Not every shipment type supports a return option.
Delivery Coverage, Pricing and Tracking
Shipment availability, routes and pricing depend on the pickup and destination locations, the shipment type, and Etlbni's current operational coverage.
